- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  

- Ability to assist clients with product usage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

You will play a vital role in supporting our clients, helping them effectively use our ERP solutions to manage their accounting and inventory processes. Your role will include responding to client inquiries, guiding them through the software features, and ensuring their satisfaction.
