Job description
Mirato MEA is a leading aerosol and liquid personal care products manufacturer based in Bchamoun, Lebanon. We are currently seeking to hire a Plant Admin with the below responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all department heads concerning labors attitudes, production reports, ISO documentations.
- Monitor the consumables warehouse, costumes warehouse and the stationery storage quantities, and order needed quantities to meet the operational needs.
- Get updated quotations from suppliers every 3 months, purchase factory and warehouse consumables, and follow up with suppliers until receivable.
- Archive all invoices related to factory and warehouse, and highlight related reports.
- Investigate 60 employees daily punch and redeclare the effective punching time.
- Receive and organize all production reports daily.
- Archive all Hr. and production, maintenance, cleaning, security documents following ISO requirements.
- Prepare company’s SOPs. Further to plant manager’s request.
- Follow up and investigate any inaccurate number or information in the production reports/finished goods delivery notes.
- Design and print any label needed for production.
- Control all plant keys in/out and accessibility.
- Investigate all invoices matching received quantities (LPG, DME, Diesel, Potable water…).
- Perform additional duties as dictated by the Group Operations Manager.
Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly in production and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
