Job Brief:

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to support the hard services operations of our facilities. The role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within facilities or building operations environments.

Job Responsibilities:
> Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.

> Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, lighting systems, panels, and control systems.

> Ensure all electrical systems operate safely and comply with applicable codes and regulations.

> Respond to electrical faults and emergencies, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.

> Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all electrical assets.

> Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

> Coordinate with facilities engineers and other technicians to ensure integrated system performance.

> Monitor and report on the condition of electrical systems and recommend improvements.

> Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

> Assist in testing and commissioning of new electrical installations and upgrades.

Job Requirements:
> Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

> Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within facilities management, building operations, or similar environments.

> Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including LV systems, panels, and distribution boards.

> Experience with troubleshooting electrical faults and performing repairs.

> Familiarity with safety standards and electrical codes.

> Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.

> Basic knowledge of building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.

> Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

> Willingness to work shifts or be on-call when required
