A leading industrial facility in Antelias is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead-Man to oversee electrical maintenance operations and lead a team of technicians. The role involves ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely while supporting the Maintenance Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain all plant equipment in optimal operating condition
-Monitor electrical systems to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
-Execute preventive maintenance activities according to set schedules
-Install, relocate, and connect machinery and equipment as required
-Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment
-Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
-Supervise the electrical team and manage the electrical workshop
-Train team members on internal procedures and electrical best practices
-Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure timely maintenance support (preventive and corrective)
-Communicate effectively with suppliers, ensuring professional and transparent relationships

Qualifications & Requirements:
-BT or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or related maintenance field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
-Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance practices
-Ability to read maintenance requests and prepare basic reports
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
