Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bchamoun for a Factory Production Supervisor. The role involves managing day-to-day production activities, including overseeing staff, ensuring the production schedule is met efficiently, monitoring workflows, and maintaining quality standards. The supervisor will also be responsible for enforcing safety regulations and contributing to the planning and implementation of production strategies to optimize resources and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong Supervisory Skills and a proven ability to manage and lead production teams effectively

Experience in Production Planning and developing comprehensive Production Schedules

Proficiency in Production Management with attention to efficiency and quality control

Excellent Communication skills to coordinate between teams and departments

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions

A degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field is a plus

Experience in an FMCG environment will be considered advantageous

Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in a manufacturing setting
