Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- App Launch & Digital Setup
- Lead the end-to-end launch of the mobile app:
- Define features (ordering, delivery, pickup, loyalty, etc.)
- Coordinate with developers/designers
- Test user experience before launch
- Ensure proper integration with:
- POS system
- Inventory system
- Payment gateways
Online Store Management
- Manage product listings across categories:
- Bakery (fresh items)
- Caf menu
- FMCG products
- Ensure accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability
- Keep menus updated in real time
Order & Fulfillment Operations
- Design and manage order flow:
- Online kitchen/store delivery/pickup
- Coordinate with Duty Managers and store team for execution
- Ensure fast preparation and delivery times
Digital Sales Growth
- Drive online revenue through:
- Promotions and bundles
- Upselling and cross-selling
- Seasonal campaigns
- Monitor conversion rates and customer behavior
Customer Experience (Online)
- Ensure smooth, user-friendly app experience
- Handle online customer feedback and complaints
- Improve journey from browsing checkout delivery
Marketing & Campaigns
- Work with marketing to:
- Launch digital campaigns
- Push notifications
- Discounts and loyalty programs
- Manage app visibility and user acquisition
Data & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs such as:
- Online sales volume
- Average order value
- App downloads and active users
- Cart abandonment rate
- Use data to optimize pricing, offers, and product mix
Inventory & Product Coordination
- Align with Purchasing and Operations to:
- Ensure stock availability online
- Avoid selling out-of-stock items
- Manage substitutions or product removal when needed
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure legal compliance for:
- Online payments
- Data protection
- Sale of restricted items (e.g., tobacco regulations vary must be handled carefully or excluded)
