Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the HR attendance system, ensuring accuracy and proper functionality
Manage employee attendance and monitor daily check-in/check-out through the punching machine
Maintain and update attendance records accurately
Handle employee data entry and maintain HR databases
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
