Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Private Wealth function, supporting client operations across onboarding, transactions, and reporting.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end client lifecycle, including KYC processes, capital calls, distributions, and investment-related documentation, within a fast-paced and international environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, and external counterparties, gaining valuable insight into private markets operations while contributing to seamless client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KYC & Onboarding
  • Coordinate KYC collection and follow-ups with clients
  • Track KYC status and ensuring timely updates/refreshes
  • Liaise with compliance and administrators to ensure completeness of files
  • Support onboarding of new clients and investments
  • Capital Calls & Distributions
  • Track capital calls, funding status, and deadlines
  • Monitor distributions and ensuring proper follow-through with clients and administrators
  • Reconcile payment flows and maintaining accurate records
  • Documentation & Execution
  • Coordinate subscription agreements, transfer documents, and related paperwork
  • Follow up with clients on signatures and required documentation
  • Maintain organized records of all transaction-related documents
  • Coordination with Internal Teams & Counterparties
  • Act as a point of coordination with Geneva teams, banks, and fund administrators
  • Follow up on operational matters (transfers, confirmations, account-related queries)
  • Tracking & Reporting Support
  • Maintain trackers for KYC, onboarding status, capital calls, and distributions
  • Prepare internal status updates on pending items and action points

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, asset management, or a similar environment

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling documentation and financial data
  • Good understanding of financial services operations, including KYC, onboarding, and transaction processes is preferred
  • Ability to maintain trackers and monitor operational processes effectively
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
