Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily sales activities between field sales teams, distributors, and internal departments.
Ensure timely processing and tracking of sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
Monitor stock availability and liaise with supply chain to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
Support execution of trade promotions, product launches, and in-store activations.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including KPIs and performance dashboards.
Track sales targets vs. actual performance and highlight variances.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate and updated sales databases and CRM systems.
3. Customer & Distributor Management
Act as a point of contact for distributors and key accounts regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and operational issues.
Support onboarding and coordination of new distributors and accounts.
4. Administrative Support
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and pricing structures.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication within the sales team.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on promotions, pricing, and inventory.
Support demand planning and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and distribution models
