Roles & Responsibilities

Answer calls, emails, chats about vehicle inquiries, service needs, and product info.

Make outbound calls to generate leads, schedule test drives, promotions, and follow up with prospects.

Schedule service appointments, confirm repairs, arrange customer transport (shuttle), and prepare vehicles for pickup.

Address complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Use CRM software to log interactions, update customer details, and manage sales data.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade, meet targets, and understand sales scripts.
  • Patient
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, data entry.
