What you will be doing

Performing skilled maintenance and technical work involving the operation, maintenance and/or repair of the city's water collection, distribution, storage, and wastewater treatment equipment/systems.
Ensuring maintenance performed is in accordance with established standards and regulatory practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent) plus four (4) years' experience in an industrial maintenance field with emphasis in the installation, maintenance and/or repair of pumping equipment (motors, pumps, valves) OR
Successful completion of an accredited vocational program in industrial maintenance or environmental science plus two (2) years' experience in a related maintenance field OR
Five (5) years' experience in an Equipment Operator II, Equipment Technician II, or Maintenance Operations Worker V job classification with the city of Lebanon or municipal government entity.

Licensing/certification

• Valid driver's license
• Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) will be required within six (6) months
• Wastewater treatment C certification may be required within two (2) years
