Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance for air and sea shipments, ensuring full compliance with Lebanese regulations
• Prepare, review, and submit all required shipping and customs documentation (invoices, COO, packing lists, B/L, etc.)
• Process declarations through Lebanese customs systems and portals
• Stay updated on customs laws, duties, tariffs, and VAT requirements
• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery
• Resolve clearance issues, discrepancies, and shipment delays
• Monitor and optimize clearance costs, including duties and related fees
• Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on shipment activities

Job Requirements

• Experience in customs clearance and freight operations
• Good knowledge of Lebanese customs regulations and procedures
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines
