Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain accurate recipe costing and menu pricing
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and variance analysis
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards
  • Prepare detailed cost control reports and present findings to management
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and procurement teams to optimize costs
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of food costing and recipe management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
