Job Details

Ziada DC is looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Remote Executive Assistant to support executive operations, office management, and business activities across a dynamic international setup.
Key Responsibilities


Provide executive and administrative support


Manage day-to-day operations and office coordination


Handle scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups


Support business operations and process optimization


Assist in implementing AI tools and automation to improve efficiency


Coordinate with clients, partners, and suppliers


Occasional travel when required


Requirements


Strong communication skills (written & verbal)


Tech-savvy with interest or experience in AI tools and automation


Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities


Problem-solving and operations-oriented mindset


Professional English (Arabic is a plus)


Previous experience in executive assistance / operations is a plus


Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable


Remote role with strong growth potential in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
