Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans
  • Develop sales strategies and effective routing plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
  • Support negotiations, promotional activities, and new product launches
  • Follow up on collections, account ageing, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales opportunities
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales operations and management

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Food Service / HORECA sales

Previous experience in supervising or leading a sales team

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment

A Car is Mandatory
