Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans
- Develop sales strategies and effective routing plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Support negotiations, promotional activities, and new product launches
- Follow up on collections, account ageing, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales opportunities
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales operations and management
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Food Service / HORECA sales
Previous experience in supervising or leading a sales team
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment
A Car is Mandatory
