Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop landscape projects including gardens, parks, irrigation systems, and outdoor spaces.
• Prepare landscape drawings, plans, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise landscaping works on-site and ensure proper execution according to plans and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Select suitable plants, materials, lighting, and irrigation systems based on project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports, project updates, and maintenance recommendations.
• Manage landscape maintenance activities when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Landscape Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 5 years of experience in landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, planting, and hardscape materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other landscape design software.
• Good project management and site supervision skills.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of local plants and environmental conditions is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
