Roles & Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems
• Build AI-powered features such as automation workflows, predictive analytics, and smart recommendations within ERP systems
• Integrate NLP, Computer Vision, or other AI capabilities into existing software via APIs or direct embedding

Data & Model Management

• Process, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Pandas to train and validate models
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and reliability in production

Integration & Collaboration

• Integrate AI solutions into Odoo and other business applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and DevOps to ensure models are scalable and production-ready
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions

Documentation & Reporting

• Document models, workflows, and integration architecture clearly
• Report on AI initiative progress, performance metrics, and improvement plans

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role
• High proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java or C++ is a plus
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of neural networks, linear algebra, and probability
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for model deployment
• Familiarity with SQL and data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience integrating AI via APIs into existing software systems
• Knowledge of Odoo or ERP systems is a strong plus
