Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company s IT strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage IT infrastructure, networks, databases, cybersecurity, and system operations
Oversee software and hardware acquisition, implementation, and maintenance
Ensure smooth IT operations across Head Office, branches, and factory
Lead IT projects, vendor management, backups, security, and user support
Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
Strong experience in SAP / ERP systems
Solid knowledge in networks, infrastructure, databases, cybersecurity, and IT operations
Experience in F&B, manufacturing, retail, or multi-branch environments is highly preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
Good command of English and Arabic
