Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting activities related to the retail and F&B operations
- Handle the accounting and financial management of the Owner Associations within the project
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections and financial models
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure timely reporting
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERP
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting
- Proven ability to prepare cash flow statements and financial models
- Experience managing accounting for retail, F&B, or mixed-use developments is preferred
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP is required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in financial modeling
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Desired Candidate Profile
