The role includes managing maintenance activities, technical support, field service teams, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical knowledge in heavy machinery, and experience in aftersales or service management.
Requirements:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery
- Previous experience in managing technical or field service teams
