Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
  • Support planning and execution of internal processes and workflows
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure alignment and task completion
  • Monitor operational performance and report issues or delays
  • Assist in managing schedules, resources, and logistics
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
  • Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
