Roles & Responsibilities
Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
Follow assigned sales routes and schedules to ensure timely coverage and delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify sales prospects and follow up on leads.
Prepare daily action plans and sales reports (activity, closings, follow-ups).
Ensure proper product display and merchandising in stores.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure accurate distribution of goods.
Collect payments and ensure timely invoice settlements.
Communicate market feedback and customer needs to relevant departments.
Participate in promotional events and activities as required.
Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, and collections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales vehicle.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Supervisor.
