Roles & Responsibilities

1) Team Management

  • Supervise and support staff during daily operations
  • Ensure team members follow company procedures and standards
  • Help onboard and train new employees
  • Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

2) Operations:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle opening and closing procedures when needed
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards
  • Ensure products and equipment are properly managed
  • Help solve operational issues quickly and efficiently

3) Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Support the team during busy periods
  • Maintain brand and service standards

4) Reporting & Communication

  • Communicate updates and operational needs to management
  • Monitor daily KPIs and operational targets
  • Report incidents, maintenance issues, or stock shortages
  • Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time

5) Inventory & Compliance

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Help reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures are respected
  • Support compliance with SOPs and company policies

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility with shifts and operational needs
