Roles & Responsibilities
1) Team Management
- Supervise and support staff during daily operations
- Ensure team members follow company procedures and standards
- Help onboard and train new employees
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
2) Operations:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle opening and closing procedures when needed
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards
- Ensure products and equipment are properly managed
- Help solve operational issues quickly and efficiently
3) Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Support the team during busy periods
- Maintain brand and service standards
4) Reporting & Communication
- Communicate updates and operational needs to management
- Monitor daily KPIs and operational targets
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, or stock shortages
- Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time
5) Inventory & Compliance
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Help reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures are respected
- Support compliance with SOPs and company policies

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
