Overview of Responsibilities:

- Receive meal orders from patients, ensure all orders are submitted within the
time range and compliant with the dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Assist patients in understanding their menu options.
- Assemble, deliver and serve meal trays to patient rooms on time and with the
appropriate food items, utensils and beverages.
- Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to patients.
- Assist with the pre-op preparation process, guiding the patient through all
different related departments and helping them complete all their paperwork/procedures.
- Assist with the admission/discharge process.


Qualifications:
- High School or BT Diploma in hospitality management or any related field is a plus
- A Bachelor’s or TS diploma in hospitality management is a plus.


Years of Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
