Overview of Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support and excellent customer service.
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing
guidance, information, and assistance as needed.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate
departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient or visitor inquiries
and concerns.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork, and
coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth patient flow.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School or BT diploma in Hospitality Management or any related
field is required.
- Knowledge in customer service.


Years of Experience:
- 1 year in a similar role is a plus
