Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Sales Representative in the D cor Department is responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable d cor and furnishing solutions, while providing professional sales service aligned with the company s standards. The role requires a strong understanding of interior design principles to guide customers in choosing products that match their space, style, and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service in the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate d cor products, furniture, and interior solutions.
  • Present and explain product features, materials, dimensions, and customization options.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the design team and production department regarding customer requirements.
  • Support customers in selecting colors, fabrics, textures, and decorative elements based on interior design concepts.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to department sales objectives.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented attractively.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on current trends in interior design, furniture, and home d cor.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, d cor, or interior design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, colors, and materials.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic; good command of English and/or French is preferred.
