Supervision of finishing works on site
Site coordination and workforce management
Quality control and inspections
Monitoring daily site activities and progress
Ensuring finishing works meet project specifications and standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in finishing works and site supervision
Previous experience in contracting/construction companies
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to manage labor teams efficiently
Good English communication skills
Willingness to relocate/work in Ghana
