Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Finance and Operation
  • Handling the Functionalities of any Dynamics 365 Module: Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, Transportation, Asset, Production, Cost Accounting, Retail.
  • Ensure a proper follow up and communication internally and externally
  • Self Training on new modules and functionalities
  • Preparing and Passing Certifications
  • Perform all presales activities (Demo, POC, etc )
  • Coordinate with Project Manager regarding Delivery & Project Updates
  • Gathering and Analysis of the Customer Requirements
  • Develop the functional Requirements Document for the To-Be Processes
  • Design and Prepare Solution Design
  • Configure and Setup the Product
  • Prepare Data Templates and execute Data Migration
  • Perform Quality Assurance on the Configured Solution before delivery
  • Design and Develop SQL Scripts that are required for the Implementation
  • Perform Functional and Administration Training for the End Users
  • Provide support for the customers to resolve their issues during Go Live and Post Go Live

Job Requirements:

  • 8 10 years of experience in ERP functional consulting
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain and others
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Experience in conducting client meetings, and user training
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
