Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in Finance and Operation
- Handling the Functionalities of any Dynamics 365 Module: Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, Transportation, Asset, Production, Cost Accounting, Retail.
- Ensure a proper follow up and communication internally and externally
- Self Training on new modules and functionalities
- Preparing and Passing Certifications
- Perform all presales activities (Demo, POC, etc )
- Coordinate with Project Manager regarding Delivery & Project Updates
- Gathering and Analysis of the Customer Requirements
- Develop the functional Requirements Document for the To-Be Processes
- Design and Prepare Solution Design
- Configure and Setup the Product
- Prepare Data Templates and execute Data Migration
- Perform Quality Assurance on the Configured Solution before delivery
- Design and Develop SQL Scripts that are required for the Implementation
- Perform Functional and Administration Training for the End Users
- Provide support for the customers to resolve their issues during Go Live and Post Go Live
Job Requirements:
- 8 10 years of experience in ERP functional consulting
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain and others
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
- Experience in conducting client meetings, and user training
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
