: 6-8 years online retail preferably food/FMCG across multiple channels
Digital literacy, Digital Marketing Strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, affiliates, app installs), Omnichannel retail, last-mile logistics, proficiency managing large P&L, teamwork, communication, problem solving, data-driven decision making, ability to implement new tools (AI, automation, analytics, personalization engines).
