Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, and orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Provide after-sales service and client support.
- Handle and solve Complaints in coordination with internal QC .
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Train clients on software usage, and technical functionalities.
- Explain product features and technical specifications clearly.
- Conduct software testing and troubleshooting when required.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with Colorist department for product updates.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow-up documentation.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 Years of experience in technical sales and client support.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train and support clients professionally.
Problem-solving mindset with customer-oriented approach.
