Roles & Responsibilities

Infopro, a consulting and publishing firm, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities and provide executive support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and administration
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Handle vendor management and office maintenance
  • Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and banking activities
  • Assist with HR tasks including onboarding and payroll

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor s degree from a top-tier university
