A Leading Healthcare & Dermo Cosmetic Company is seeking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

This role will focus on managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and producing eye-catching graphic designs that strengthen our brand presence and drive audience engagement.

• Manage and grow company social media accounts by creating captivating visual content tailored for various social media platforms
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Design graphics, visuals, and multimedia content for campaigns, posts, and advertisement
• Ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs for social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Plan, manage and optimize boosting campaigns to increase reach, engagement and brand visibility.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual assets and communications.
• Manage and execute social media content posting for each of the brands in the division, ensuing timely publication, brand consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns and content calendar.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Holder of a bachelor s degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, and social media.
• Proficiency in digital illustration and graphic design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent photography skills with an eye for composition and detail.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while upholding high-quality standards and attention to detail.
