- Proven ability to manage strategic client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise technology services.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling IT products and solutions to existing clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analysis accurately and professionally.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT account management, sales, or client relationship management.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
