About the job

OHANA Development is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing luxury residential and high-end construction projects in Lebanon.

The successful candidate will lead projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from design coordination and planning to construction, completion, and client handover ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

This role requires a highly organized and results-driven professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and execution plans.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction activities, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project participants.

Financial & Contract Management

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control reports.
• Review contractor claims, variations, and payment certificates.
• Monitor procurement activities and contract performance.
• Prepare regular project progress and financial reports for senior management.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Lebanese building codes, contractual requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance and quality control throughout all project phases.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Master's degree is an advantage.

Minimum 15 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably luxury residential developments in Lebanon.

Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value residential projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.

Good understanding of Lebanese construction practices, building regulations, and local authority requirements.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

PMP certification is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
