Roles & Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and monitor Windows and/or Linux servers. Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, permissions, email services, and access rights using Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Monitor network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and software deployments. Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems. Provide first and second-level technical support to end users. Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, antivirus software, and security policies. Assist in managing virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3 4 years of professional experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support
