Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our organization's information technology systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer hardware, software applications, networks, and user support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, update, and support operating systems and business software.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, internet access, Wi-Fi, and shared resources.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and security.
  • Prepare basic IT documentation and user guides.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
  • Experience with printers, backup solutions, antivirus software, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with virtualization, cloud services, or ERP/business applications.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, NetworK+, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage.
