The Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine at the Lebanese American University
The school is seeking a full-time faculty member, open academic rank, to lead the integration of technology, innovation, and research into medical education. A PhD (or equivalent doctoral credential) in medical education, educational technology, learning sciences, or a related field is preferred.
This position works in close partnership with the Assistant Dean for Medical Education, who oversees curriculum. The successful candidate will focus on advancing how education is delivered and studied: bringing AI-enabled tools, simulation, and emerging educational technologies into the learning environment, leading scholarly research in medical education, and building faculty development programs that equip colleagues across the school to teach more effectively in a changing landscape.
We are looking for someone who wants to shape the applied and research side of medical education, strengthening and modernizing our curriculum.

يقوم هذا المنصب بالعمل بالشراكة الوثيقة مع عميد مساعد التعليم الطبي، الذي يشرف على المنهج الدراسي. سيركز المرشح الناجح على تعزيز كيفية تقديم التعليم ودراسته: جلب أدوات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والمحاكاة، والتقنيات التعليمية الناشئة إلى بيئة التعلم، وقيادة البحوث العلمية في التعليم الطبي، وبناء برامج تطوير أعضاء هيئة التدريس التي تجهز الزملاء في المدرسة لتدريس بشكل أكثر فاعلية في مشهد يتغير.
