The BIM Manager leads the implementation, coordination, and management of BIM processes across construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with BIM standards, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality BIM models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination across multiple construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows.
• Oversee model quality, coordination, and clash detection activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Manage BIM deliverables throughout all project phases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM Modelers and project teams.
• Monitor compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and coordination issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has solid experience within a contracting company and a strong background in managing MEP BIM teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager within a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Extensive knowledge of BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
