We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers & provide quotations
- Compare offers and quotations versus price and quality
- Follow up on the budget related to the department purchase
- Issue purchase orders
- Track delivery
- Monitor inventory & maintain procurement records
- Knowledge in travel and hotel reservation is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
- Business Administration, or related field
- Maximum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in procurement modules
- Strong negotiation skills
