We are looking for a responsible, attentive, and professionally trained Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and members using the swimming pool and surrounding recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the swimming pool and surrounding areas at all times.
• Ensure the safety of guests and enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
• Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies and incidents.
• Perform rescues and provide First Aid/CPR when required.
• Conduct regular checks of pool areas and identify potential safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized pool environment.
• Inspect and report any issues with pool equipment and safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety checks.
• Communicate professionally with guests and provide assistance when needed.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 3 5+ years of proven experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private club, or high-end facility.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Excellent observation and quick decision-making abilities.
• Physically fit and able to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, alert, professional, and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience working with VIP guests or in a luxury hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
