We are looking for an experienced and skilled Plumbing Technician to join our technical team and handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing and water systems across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, pipe failures, and plumbing faults.
• Maintain pumps, water tanks, valves, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Inspect plumbing systems regularly and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
• Perform maintenance and repairs of toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Work on hot and cold-water systems and related piping networks.
• Read and understand plumbing drawings and technical specifications.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance, Electrical, and Engineering teams when required.
• Support plumbing works related to renovations, installations, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to required standards.
• Maintain proper tools, equipment, and plumbing materials.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewage, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve plumbing faults efficiently.
• Ability to read basic plumbing drawings and technical plans.
• Strong problem-solving and practical skills.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Technical diploma or relevant plumbing qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities or building maintenance is a strong advantage.
