Job Purpose:Checking performance, integrity, security, availability, optimization, and troubleshooting of the databases in order to provide fast query responses to users

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performing database backup and maintenance tasks on SES head-quarter's servers to ensure availability of data, continuous operations, and disaster recovery
2. 1.  Controlling database security, roles, and access to avoid breaches and incidents
   2. Installing and configuring SQL servers and other database components 
   3. Working on duplicate projects between schools' and SES head-quarter's servers to consolidate data and build data warehouses in addition to maintaining and providing support to the overall process
   4. Reviewing and approving new schema changes on the database to ensure that best practices and standards are applied
   5. Providing support to IT development through advanced querying and database code optimization and delivering trainings on the subject when needed

Ideal Requirements:Bachelor degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent
