Duties and Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
- Operate and monitor the shell machine to ensure efficient production.
- Set up and adjust machine settings to match production specifications and product requirements.
- Ensure the machine runs smoothly, performing periodic checks to prevent issues like jamming or misalignment.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.
- Identify mechanical or electrical issues during operation and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs and servicing.
Quality Control:
- Monitor product quality during operation, ensuring the shell output meets the required specifications.
- Adjust machine parameters as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to detect any issues early in the process.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the shell machine.
- Wear appropriate safety gear and ensure the machine is operated in a safe manner.
- Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the shift leader or production manager immediately.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other operators and team members to ensure seamless production flow.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to address any concerns related to product quality.
- Communicate machine performance and any issues to the Shift Leader or Production Manager.
Reporting:
- Record machine performance data, production output, and any downtime in daily logs.
- Report any malfunctions, breakdowns, or irregularities to the Shift Leader or maintenance team.
Job Requirements; Education:
- Technical education in electrical and mechanics from a recognized technical school.
- Fresh university graduates with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a factory environment is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
