مراجعة مخططات البناء وتحديد قائمة المواد.
إعداد ومراجعة مواصفات ومخططات الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة للمشروعات.
إعداد وتحليل تكاليف المشروع للمناقصات، مثل المواد والكميات والعمل والوقت
المحافظة على قاعدة بيانات موردي المواد
تقييم وثائق المناقصة لضمان وجود معلومات كافية لإعداد المناقصة
الدعم في مهام المساحة الكمية وإعداد فاتورة الكميات.
المرشح المطلوب
- يشترط حصوله على شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- من 7 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة
- خبرة تصميم في شركة استشارية لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين.
- مطلوب مهارات قوية في مجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، وورد، باوربوينت).
- القدرة على العمل مع بيم ونمذجة التصميم وفهم الرسومات.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات المستلمة.
- خبرة في إعداد جدول كميات (BOQ).
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مسلماً بالعربية: يجب أن يكون مقيمًا في خلدة أو ضواحيها القريبة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
Prepares and review MEP specifications for projects.
prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
Maintain material suppliers database
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
support in quantity surveying tasks and prepare bill of quantities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must Have bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of Experience
- Have design experience in a consultancy firm for minimum 2 years.
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, word and power point) required.
- Capable of working with BIM and CAD and understanding design drawings.
- Have capability to analyze received data.
- Have experience in preparing BOQ.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Must be Living in Khaldeh or nearby suburbs.
