We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Dora. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis while ensuring strong financial controls and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support strategic planning through financial modeling and business analysis.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support finance team members as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Manager, or similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
