We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Asian restaurant featuring a Robata Grill concept in Ashrafieh, Beirut.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
- Lead, manage, and motivate the front-of-house and restaurant team
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience and high level of customer service
- Maintain the restaurant s standards of quality, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor service quality and address operational issues promptly
- Ensure the restaurant s standards and concept are consistently maintained
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Asian, Japanese, or Robata/Grill restaurant
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented personality
Strong customer-service mindset
