المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء أبحاث المنافسين، وتحليل السوق، والمقارنة المرجعية.
- إعداد تقارير والعروض التقديمية لأداء التسويق.
- إجراء تدقيق تسويقي للفروع لضمان تطبيق إرشادات العلامة التجارية والحملات بشكل صحيح.
- دعم الحملات الموسمية، والعروض الترويجية داخل المتاجر، والأنشطة التسويقية الميدانية.
- التنسيق مع فريق التسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لضمان الاتساق بين الحملات عبر الإنترنت وخارجها.
- إدارة الجداول الزمنية للتسويق، وقوائم الطعام، والمواد الترويجية، وغيرها من المستلزمات التسويقية.
- متابعة أداء الحملات وعمليات التدقيق وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذات صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التنسيق التسويقي، أو الأبحاث، أو التدقيق.
مهارات قوية في التحليل، والتنظيم، والتواصل.
دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة.
يُفضل من لديه خبرة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B) أو تجارة التجزئة.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing activities, market research, branch audits, and campaign execution across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and benchmarking.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and presentations.
- Conduct branch marketing audits to ensure brand guidelines and campaigns are properly implemented.
- Support seasonal campaigns, in-store promotions, and offline marketing activations.
- Coordinate with the Digital & Social Media team to ensure consistency across online and offline campaigns.
- Manage marketing calendars, menus, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Track campaign and audit performance and recommend improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, research, or auditing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience in F&B or Retail is preferred.
