Role Description:

 Leads and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.

 Works and leads teams in the maintenance organization. Coaches line employees on basic maintenance procedures.

 Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.

 Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system

 Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.

 Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)

 Writes, program, troubleshoot, modify and/or repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.

 Reads and comprehends technical data/service manuals and writes legibly.

 Operates and moves construction machinery when appropriate to perform job assignment.

 Recommends to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes.

 Uses proper test equipment for troubleshooting.

 Complies with all work safety rules and procedures.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at PETCO S.A.L in Qabb Ilyas. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance, managing maintenance and repair tasks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Educational degree: Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent

Computer Skills:   Intermediate in using MS Office

Language Skills:    Arabic (Proficient) - English (Intermediate)
