Position Title: Customer Service Representative

·      You have the choice with the closest Whish Branch near your house

·      Branches: Downtown, Achrafieh, Zalka, Jounieh, Chtoura, Bikfaya, Sabtieh, Mansourieh, Baabda


Employment Type: Full Time; 8 hours/day with flexibility for AM/PM shifts

What will your day look like?

·      Assist our clients to achieve a great customer experience.

·      Efficient record of transactions according to customers’ need.

·      Open and close cash register to ensure cash control is maintained from the beginning till the end of your shift.

·      Maintain an adequate and accurate cash count at all times.

·      Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

·      Follow security practices and compliance guidelines to protect customer information and report the case to the concerned parties if needed.

·      Smile, it’s contagious!


You are the Customer Service Representative we are looking for if you have:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Active listening skills.
