Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Strategic Support: Support the development and execution of company-wide strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams and actionable recommendations while contributing to the development of business cases and impact assessments for strategic initiatives.br> br>
Operational Oversight & Project Management
- Project Coordination: Support the management of high-impact projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to initiatives that improve workflows, scalability, and overall business performance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Performance Analysis: Analyze business, operational, and financial performance to identify root causes, opportunities, and strategic implications.
- OKR Tracking: Assist in monitoring company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for senior leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Industry Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, benchmark performance, and support strategic planning.
- Opportunity Identification: Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives across different markets and business verticals.
- Business Insights: Assess performance across business units and geographies to support data-driven recommendations and decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights, align priorities, and support execution.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Develop clear and structured presentations and strategic narratives for senior leadership while communicating complex topics in a concise and effective manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 4 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience is a plus
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a hands-on mindset
- AI explicitly: Proven interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve analytical workflows, productivity, and decision-making
